And so the pendulum swings the other way...it's now a buyer's market. So if it's called a buyers market, where are the buyers? We're trying to sell our townhouse, but we aren't even getting any nibbles.
Unfortunately, we need to sell our house, since we are moving into another one (hopefully by next month). There are probably a dozen other town homes for sale in our complex. Will we sell on time and for our bottom line??? Only time will tell.
As for our real-estate investment, we finally closed on our house (in Cape Coral), and now we are working on selling the house. We have a contract already and we're hoping to close this week. This $$$ will help go towards the next casa and so forth.
And hopefully we will be able to afford our dream house here in South Florida I'm sure there will be a lot of foreclosures by then. If not, we're moving outta here somewhere where we can afford to live (another topic for another blog).
