Quote

Be master of your petty annoyances and conserve your energies for the big, worthwhile things. It isn't the mountain ahead that wears you out - it's the grain of sand in your shoe.

- Robert Service, a Canadian poet

....letting go of the grain of sand in my shoe

A spectacular quote and well said. I really need to do this. I always let the small annoyances wear me down.

Stopping by to say Hi!. It's been awhile. Had to close up shop (again to handle some personal matters and my last classes for my degree. I wasn't gonna come back until I read Deboshree's beautiful 100th blog post and realized I've been missing out on some wonderful ppl. Now that summer is here, I have more time to write again.

Sharla (do you even remember me?)

Of course I remember you Sharla!!! I wondered where you went and I'm glad to see you made it back. I don't blog as regularly as most on here, but I blog when I can. and yes, Deborshee is correct, there are beautiful ppl you meet on here and fate just may bring us together in the physical realm some day! in the meantime, i enjoy sharing and reading the lives of my blog friends (when time permits). Welcome back to the blogosphere! can't wait to read and share with you again!
xoxo
